Came here on a whim with my teenager and 5 year old and we had absolutely the best time ever! Workers were so sweet and informative and the cats were the cutest ever! We are excited to come back and try to the food/arcade. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

I wanted to take a moment to share what a wonderful experience we had at Luna Cat CafΓ©. My daughter and I had been wanting to visit for quite a while, and we finally had the chance to try something new. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine kindness. Since it was our first visit, a staff member took the time to make us feel welcome, explain how everything worked, and answer our questions. We spent our first hour in the cat room, and I was incredibly impressed. The space was exceptionally well maintainedβ€”especially considering it was home to such a sweet group of kittens and cats. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, with everyone interacting calmly and respectfully with the cats. There were plenty of cozy lounges, cat trees, toys, climbing areas, and special hideaways to meet the different personalities and needs of each cat. Fresh food and water were always available, and it was obvious how much attention and care goes into maintaining the space. That level of attention speaks volumes about the staff behind the scenes. After our cat room visit, we grabbed something to eat. Once again, the experience was fantastic. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, and

Came here a few months ago to celebrate mine and my partners anniversary and honestly we have been dying to go back. We came in on a pretty slow weekday and decided on grabbing some food before we headed upstairs to see the cats, the food blew both of our expectations, it was so fresh and seasoned extremely well!!!! And the staff were super friendly as well. The cat room was really well managed, it did have a little bit of a urine smell but It really isn’t overpowering and if you own cats/work with cats you understand that it is reallyyy hard to make a litter box not smell like a litter box and with how many cats are in there and they are doing a amazing job at the keep up with it. Honestly such a great place, please don’t ever turn into another bland corporate slop place πŸ™πŸ»

Went for lunch yesterday after attending geekcon. Everything was very clean and getting our drinks was pretty quick! We did come in while the chef was out but we didn’t mind the wait, and they even gave my kids complimentary strawberry mochi, because of the wait which was very sweet. I got the tonkatsu ramen and it was a 10/10. A great portion size and the broth and meat were very flavorful! Definitely coming back soon :)

Highly recommended, I was a little skeptical when I read the reviews and was worried about cats weren't treated well, but decided to give it a try as I had to wait 5 h for a bus. Cat room is huge, a lot cat tree and toys. Cats can choose coming out or not. I had a peek when one of the staff opens the door and saw same model of litter robot I'm using, which is good for multi cats. Drinks are decent and cheap, I had mocha choco and coffee as they have a unlimited cat room hour and bottomless drink option;). And cats and kittens! Most energetic ones I've seen in a cat coffee. I did the same trick as I did for my cat-- tied a toy at the end of the cat sticks, and i think they really like it. (Please don't blame me if it's hard to untangle...πŸ™) Definitely will visit again if I ever drop by Syracuse.
